Contact us to schedule this opportunity for your district.
The GLEAM Inventory includes school visits for a personalized look at your district’s instruction.
Through this multi-day experience that includes professional learning, classroom visits, and an action planning session rooted in UnboundEd's dynamic Equitable Instruction Observation Tool, your team will gain a deeper understanding of grade-level, engaging, affirming, and meaningful (GLEAM) instruction® and how to increase its impact on all students in your district.
Who should attend the GLEAM Inventory?
GLEAM™ Inventory takes place over two or three consecutive days in your district or network for up to 30 people. Teachers, leaders, and coaches who influence daily classroom instruction, as well as school leaders, and district instructional leaders, are examples of those who would benefit from attending.
What to expect from the GLEAM Inventory:
- Engage in professional learning focused on mindsets and instructional actions to implement GLEAM instruction.
- Build knowledge of GLEAM through observation of ELA and math classrooms using our Equitable Instruction Observation Tool.
- Create action steps based on trends and recommendations from the data collected during the visit.
- Receive a follow-up report sharing the data, trends, and recommendations from the visit.

The GLEAM™ tool...has transformed the way that we think and are approaching change in our district.
